My biggest complaint about everything is that their call service was acting up and running me in a circle when I would call in to make a payment these past two months, when I followed its directions it would just start over instead of directing my call, but the rest was probably the best experience I have ever had with a storage facility.

CRAIG C | Overall Experience1st my rent kept getting raised, on an outside shed with no electric and it absolutely wasn’t secured, because the amount of dirt and mice that had gotten into my shed was insane. And when I went to go clean out my shed it was completely covered in dirt. All my stuff is ruined. I paid money for a poorly constructed shed to ruin my stuff, and when I went to go get into my shed and needed the lock cut and asked if they could. I would have paid them as well, to cut the lock . The manager Ernie made the comment he wasn’t feeling it today, and didn’t cut it. I had to call a lock smith and paid the locksmith exactly what I would have paid uhual, all because Ernie didn’t feel it, and didn’t even have the courtesy to call and tell me he wasn’t wanting to cut it. I had to call them back to get any response. So thankful I am done with Uhual. Never again. And wouldnt suggest it to anyone, unless you want poroperty to be ruined and you feel like dumping money away.
