My upstairs unit had no lighting. And the door was 4” high.

Paul M | Overall ExperienceSeriously, you are sending a survey when it took 2 weeks of complaints to get any action taken to close my account after I had vacated my unit? Your facility should be shuttered by the Board of Health. Vermon infested, filthy, no lighting in loading area for 2 years since we rented the unit, and constant price increases to an already overpriced space. Not even the general manager responded to emails after I was directed to reach out to him per customer service. Sell, close it down or renovate and hire staff and management who care.

Understaffed and representives frequently not in the office. The garage door for loading/unloading was consistantly broken and unable to use which was very inconveinant. Keyless entry was broken frequently.
