The General Manager was very pleasant; however, the other representatives were quite unhelpful and rude when I presented a problem. Understaffed and representives frequently not in the office. The garage door for loading/unloading was consistantly broken and unable to use which was very inconveinant. Keyless entry was broken frequently.

JUNE M | Overall ExperienceThe door was too difficult to open and shut. They oiled it which helped but it was still too difficult. I didn’t appreciate their locks as I questioned if it was secure. The locks you must use should go through both holes not just one. A battery powered light on ceiling would be helpful.

Another agent added the day at no extra cost so my original reservation times were restored. The mix up caused me a lot of stress, but I appreciate the fix of the lost day.
