chekeira j | Overall ExperienceNot being able to get access to my storage because i lost ky key and having to abandon all my items because of your ridiculous policy where you can open locks for verified customers who prove their identity with id but anyone with access to the unit can call a locksmith to break the lock for 200$ is extremely unprofessional and pro theft. I lost my items but anyone with the money can go beeak in and get them. Horrible. Wasted months of paying my bill for nothing.

Mackie R | First ImpressionsBuilding looked clean but after I moved out and before I got my things into my shed I noticed two issues. First one my site fryer was purposely left out of my boxes cause I wanted to be able to have access to that first. I found that my cord had been almost completely chewed through. Second going through some of my boxes luckily before bringing any into the house I found a couple cockroaches. When I called and spoke to the manager Cory he seemed shocked and didn’t really apologize or acknowledge he was going to go anything about it. Very disappointing that he would even act like he would work on the rodent/bug problem.
