Lashawn B | Online Move InOverall, we had a positive experience during our stay. We checked out of room #1390 on April 6 and promptly uploaded the checkout confirmation through the app, as instructed. However, to our surprise, we were later charged for the month of May as if we were still occupying the room. We hope this is just a misunderstanding and kindly ask the management to review the records. Please ensure proper tracking of guest checkouts to avoid such issues in the future.

DARLENE G | Overall ExperienceOnly problem was a technical glitch in their system kept all doors locked out during professional move out. The down time while they fixed it cost me $120 labor. Gotta have better back up system. The staff were great at this location though!

kristine c | First ImpressionsThe only suggestion I would have is to cut the curb by the door in the back of the building to the storage so that it has a ramp instead of curb for those that have to push the cart from the road or parking lot to the door.
