We cannot express enough how INCREDIBLE our experience with Lawana and crew was! From the moment we booked online to the moment we paid - every step was seamless and friendly! We initially underestimated the size of the storage until we would need and booked one too WAY too small. Lonnel was patient and kind as he walked us through multiple other units to show us the size, update pricing and provide all the required info. We eventually found the perfect unit thanks to Lonnel! He also provided detailed instructions, what to keep an eye for and track with the truck we rented. Cut to our 'check out' time with Lawana... BEYOND LOVELY! She was detailed, pleasant, so friendly and honest. You can tell her mindset is making sure the customer comes out with a great experience and did not upsell or pressure us for anything we did not need. We laughed with her, she listened to us and was just incredibly knowledgable and pleasant to work with. I cannot recommend Lawana and her location more. Trust my review when I say you need to utilize this location and this team. Thank you again for your patience, knowledge and kindness!!! We will send everyone in need of storage, moving supplies, rental trucks, etc your way ! Flawless and dedicated experience!
