MICHAEL R | Overall ExperienceI wanted to share my experience with the truck and storage unit check-in and check-out process. We made a last-minute decision to rent a truck and a storage unit, which initially went smoothly. However, when it came time to return the truck and finish unloading our items, I encountered a significant issue. My access code for the storage unit didn't work at all. Fortunately, another customer who was at the facility recognized us and was kind enough to let us in. Unfortunately, due to the delay with the code, we weren't able to finish packing and return the truck until around 8:45 PM, possibly closer to 9 PM. To make matters worse, when I called the 800 number for assistance, no one was able to help me. They informed me that I would need to wait until the site opened again, which wasn’t feasible for us since we were moving out of town that night. I still haven't received any support regarding this issue, and it's been quite frustrating. I hope to find a resolution soon, as this experience has definitely been less than satisfactory.nd it's been quite frustrating. zatina g | Overall ExperienceThey uhaul unit was clean, but it just need a bit more lights in it, it was dim lights, I think the office should have an extra key, just in case a person for get there keys at home or lost,but everything was okay.

JAMES J | Overall ExperienceI had issues with my door one week after I got my storage unit I notified the staff he called it in to the manager was told to setup a appointment to have the door fixed instead of immediately offering me another unit which would of solved the issue. However I went in an talk to the manager again after two more weeks told her to have them contact me I’m always available I waited another 3 weeks still no call or nothing changed so I went again and asked about the process was told the same thing so basically I was forced to stop using it having to pry it open with a 2x4 everytime got very exhausting called and asked again about it just wasn’t a good experience for me I lost business not being able to use it
BRIAN R | Overall ExperienceMy reservation was made on line; however when I arrived the unit wasn't available. Ms. Tawana diligently searched the system and found a compatible unit. Her assistant also explained the coding entrance method and locking of the unit. Excellent and friendly service!!!!

From the moment we booked online to the moment we paid - every step was seamless and friendly! We initially underestimated the size of the storage until we would need and booked one too WAY too small. Lonnel was patient and kind as he walked us through multiple other units to show us the size, update pricing and provide all the required info. We eventually found the perfect unit thanks to Lonnel! He also provided detailed instructions, what to keep an eye for and track with the truck we rented. Cut to our 'check out' time with Lawana... BEYOND LOVELY! She was detailed, pleasant, so friendly and honest. You can tell her mindset is making sure the customer comes out with a great experience and did not upsell or pressure us for anything we did not need. We laughed with her, she listened to us and was just incredibly knowledgable and pleasant to work with. I cannot recommend Lawana and her location more. Trust my review when I say you need to utilize this location and this team. Thank you again for your patience, knowledge and kindness!!! We will send everyone in need of storage, moving supplies, rental trucks, etc your way ! Flawless and dedicated experience!
