The u haul facility where my storage unit located was unprofessional and cluttered. The first thing that threw me off was how unprofessional the employees were to not just eachother, but to the clients as well. I walked in in the morning to an employee disrespecting an elderly woman on the phone who just wanted to make sure her belongings would fit in her unit. The employee told the lady that “it would be a waste of time to tell her the size of the units” because he didn’t want to be on the phone answering quedtions. And the list could go on. My unit had so much clutter in front of it that it was hard to move couches and other furniture into my storage unit. I had to use UHauls equipment to move the pallets from in front of my unit so that I could open the door all the way. This was a very bad and eye opening experience for me and I will definitely be moving my things to another storage facitlity when this free month is over

Tillman J | First ImpressionsI had an issue on move in day with the elevator being broken- that was brutal. Hasn’t need down since at least not on the days I come. But the lighting is ok but could be better. I usually have to use my flashlight inside the unit
Rosalyn B | Overall ExperienceThis location caused me a world of headaches. A few years ago, one of the employees apparently used my entry code to enter the facility, break into a bunch of units and steal people’s stuff. I was hounded by police and the courts for 2 years, being told I need to appear in court, while I was out of state. It was an absolute nightmare. Beyond this, the staff there are so poorly trained and just plain rude. Especially the guy with the bald head. I think he is a manager. What a awful human being. There are signs everywhere saying we can use the dumpsters. Even some of the staff say we can. But this guy, without making eye contact, just brushes me off and says no. He also decides the store is closed, waving me to leave, when it was way before closing time per Google Maps and U-Haul’s website. I will stop referring friends to this location for sure - how absolutely absurd.

I rented a truck to clear out my storage and the access code was not working and I was being helped by Amber and she had to ask her manager to over ride the code for the door and her had us waiting for over 1 hour and when he came to help he was very upset because it was now time to close, my appointment was at 5:30 , I got there 5:45 and he didn’t come until 6:50 , and he was telling me that he was not

Kelly F | Overall ExperienceWARNING: DANGEROUS DO NOT UTILIZE THIS FACILITY! Homeless People staying in Units, Preying on Customers Attempting to Access their Unit. I Found Several Times, What Appeared to be that Our "Lock" on the Unit, had been Tampered with (As if Someone was "Attempting" to Gain Access. I brought this to Management's & Employee's Attention and was told that According to the "Rental Agreement ", the Facility is NOT Responsible for "Lost, Stolen or Damaged" Property". I made numerous attempts to resolve this issue with the Facility, inevitably ending in the Facility "locking" me out of my Unit and Selling my Possessions. I am filing an Action against this Facility for recourse of what is Clearly a Case of "Retaliatory Conduct". If You take your chances with this FACILITY, Remember...You were Warned.
