The storage unit I rented for two years had constantly changed in price every month. I double paid each month the first year and was charged $23.99 in late fees each month when i payments weren't late. A random door was added without me knowing until I went to the location. There is a seperate storage unit number and lock installed. They keptva lock on it claiming they needed payment. They sent letters referring to me as an occupant, and also used the word lien, as if they held collaterol or I was purchasing. I had to pay $100.00 as a deposit and was given 72 hours to move my items out when they owe me more than $2,000.00. I haven't been paid what they owe to me and the security card they gave me with an access code didn't work and it was an ungated, drive up storage unit. The manager sucks but the employees are helpful. Whatever WebStorage is that they use to accept pay doesn't work with their store computer system. And there are no trash recepticals onsite. There were phone numbers, e-mail addresses and the password changed on my account. There are items missing from my storage unit that are parts to my vehicle and also my electronics.
