The first woman who originally tried to help find it told me to go to the back and she’d meet me there, just for her to go back into the building and leave me back there waiting. I called the store & a man came back there with a lit cigarette, also having a hard time finding the unit. There was no lock, but the man went to grab one. I also requested a 10x10 and the lady who signed me up gave me a 5x5 which I should’ve double checked. I just feel like she didn’t know what she was doing and didn’t care about me getting it figured out. The. They charged me $30 for gas which I think is unfair, but whatever. I was able to stuff my belongings into the unit but i was inconvenienced and felt left behind.
AMAURI G | First ImpressionsI rented the 26’ ft U-Haul, and it has been a problem since I left with it. I’ve called the number provided for roadside assistance and the phone would click and sound like it was transferring but instead would make busy tone and hang up.
