The manager was extremely unhelpful,my door code was not working and he didn’t want to reset it so I can access my storage!! I rented a truck to clear out my storage and the access code was not working and I was being helped by Amber and she had to ask her manager to over ride the code for the door and her had us waiting for over 1 hour and when he came to help he was very upset because it was now time to close, my appointment was at 5:30 , I got there 5:45 and he didn’t come until 6:50 , and he was telling me that he was not

Kelly F | Overall ExperienceWARNING: DANGEROUS DO NOT UTILIZE THIS FACILITY! Homeless People staying in Units, Preying on Customers Attempting to Access their Unit. I Found Several Times, What Appeared to be that Our "Lock" on the Unit, had been Tampered with (As if Someone was "Attempting" to Gain Access. I brought this to Management's & Employee's Attention and was told that According to the "Rental Agreement ", the Facility is NOT Responsible for "Lost, Stolen or Damaged" Property". I made numerous attempts to resolve this issue with the Facility, inevitably ending in the Facility "locking" me out of my Unit and Selling my Possessions. I am filing an Action against this Facility for recourse of what is Clearly a Case of "Retaliatory Conduct". If You take your chances with this FACILITY, Remember...You were Warned.
