Michelle I | Overall ExperienceI went in the store on October 18 to cancel my storage. I gave my storage number B127. The guy wrote it down and said ok you’re good. I said I don’t need to sign anything, he said nope. And on October 28, I got charged $128. When I called in I was told by the woman on the phone she would talk to the manager about my refund. She said ma’am we are busy. That’s no excuse for not doing something properly. I’m expected to follow the rules. But it seems as though that’s not the case for employees. I understand this is a trying time. I myself lost my house in hurricane Helena. So paying extra money for something I was done with, really wasn’t in the budget. I was told to call back to make sure the refund got put through. Not good customer service.

You provided a safe and clean place to store our belongings which was so important to our recovery...both physical and emotional. Thanks to you and the amazing staff who listened to my story and who gave me a hug when I really needed consolation.
