My storage unit was broken into and had thousands of dollars stole from me people look like they live in units and I honestly think staff broke it open they don’t look trust worthy at all and played dumb when my unit was broken into and didn’t want to look at camera footage tells me all I need to know about this place and I am making sure nobody in my family ever uses uhaul service again and community making sure they know about how horrible this facility is Being a big name brand company made me feel a little secure but after what happens to me and no help from management just makes this company look even more horrible That staff over there on Grissom is not a good staff and I was not even in unit 3 weeks and this happens to me You lost a customer and his family’s business for life because nobody wants to to help
