The storage unit was o.k. except for putting the curved lock in the low corner mounted hasp.The 1st truck I rented I had to climb on the front wheels to reach the windshield to clean. 2nd truck apparently had previously been stolen evident from the white marker writing on windshield, took 1 hrs. to clean that windshield. Brake pedal went way to the floor but truck would stop. Fuel tank was only 1/4 full because gas price was high in San Angelo at that time- nice trick. Was charged $60.00 for insurance on the 2nd truck while the 1st one was only $15.00. I think that for over a $1000.00 move rental the trucks could have been cared for better and would like a $100.00 returned. Thank you.
Charles M | Overall ExperienceBobby the owner was amazing very helpful in understanding my condition and reason why I havent been able to come down. Only reason why I was unsatisfied is the lady I believe her name was Mary I cant remember she was very rude. Played no help in understanding I cant remember my code or key. When she said oh I changed the lock because you havent payed. And I told her on the phone because I was in the hospital ill be there at the end of the month but no she changed the lock and called me a lier and insulted me for my illness Plus we couldnt move everything and she was very rude and I have to get it out today no excuse. But Bobby/ Robert was very helpful and help amd worked with me in getting everything out in 2 days. With out his help in probably wouldn't be able to get my things out

kristian t | Overall ExperienceThe only complaint I have is with the rental truck. We rented a 10 foot truck and it was dirty. The windshield and front of the the truck were heavily filled with dead bugs. I didn't expect rental car clean, but at least not obviously forgotten about. They are located next to a gas station, how hard would it have been to clean the windshield before rental. Plus I altered my reservation and arrived an hour and a half later than I originally reserved... There was time.
