I will be contacting the managers directly to discuss my concerns with two Sunday shift employees who were rude toward me during my move-in experience.
RICHARD Y | Overall ExperienceI did notice the thermostat in the climate-controlled building where my unit is located (Bldg E) was set to 77 degrees but the temperature reading was 92 degrees. Perhaps there is something out of balance with the thermostat because it did not feel like that in the building. It is the thermostat located at the access door midway down the E building.

I will be taking my business elsewhere and find another storage unit which is more affordable with plenty of space. My experience was not a pleasant one and I will not be returning to U-haul.
