The unit spot we were given was full of puddles and clay mud even though it is covered parking. The advertisement for electricity is VERY misleading. The clicker given to us to open the gate did not work and had to call because an access code was not provided.

I spent long time in 95 degree weather looking for u-haul truck and was given WRONG keys. Im 65 yo in hot sun. 2nd thing credit card didnt work after all.3rd no lock was provided for my storage. It was left open all nite. I will not return to this uhaul. I did report this to mgr diana
