After four days I asked them to please sweep it up as I was worried about my tires running over it. Next day it was cleaned. Also my daughter went in to use the bathroom 2 days ago and said it was so dirty she wouldn’t even sit on the seat. Not good. My storage place was great. No problem getting in or out.
Dixie L | Overall ExperienceAt some point, something leaked from the roof into my storage unit but nothing was severely damaged. Otherwise the facility was nice and easy to get to. The constant price hikes are what drove me away. I saw an almost 30% price increase over the 2-3 years I was here which is insane.
Nick A | Overall ExperienceMy storage unit was broken into, lock cut. Eventhough they advertised that there are security cameras the staff claimed they saw nothing. We received very little support. We were also told that there were other break ins. Staff stated "most likely an inside job". Not well kept up, dirty floors, trash over flows and cart dirty. We choose this location due to the closeness to our residence. We entered our unit at least 2 to 4 times weekly. But no camera got any of our visits? I will not recommend to anyone who values their things.
