I also have a storage unit in a nearby competitor which is entirely satisfactory. My climate controlled UHaul unit, however, was better. It was also somewhat cheaper. Very clean, well lit, good security. My only complaint was that there was frequently no staff in the front office. Apparently they are often working outside or in back. Leaving a note at the desk with a staff cell phone number would probably take care of this. When I checked out there were three people dropping off a truck or moving out, all had to wait ten to twenty minutes for help. Staff, however, was always unfailingly helpful and upbeat. You have some good people there. Overall my experience was excellent and I will recommend UHaul to anyone looking for a storage unit. Thanks.
