I rented a unit and a box truck. Both processes were seamless. Much appreciated and will be renting again in the future.

We called U-Haul before moving day asking if we can register with pasport instead of drivers licence, they say it was OK, but at the facility the woman attendind had no idea and almost denied our registration.

Anne B | Overall ExperienceStaff were engaging and helpful - overall provided good customer service when engaging with them in person. Unit and facilities were accessible both in terms of location and hours of operation. Initial booking experience was good and up until last year, the rental experience was pretty decent. The decision to close out my unit and contract was directly due to the lack of communication regarding the pest infestation in addition to the state of the buildings and units. Mouse fecal matter was present and prevalent throughout the unit, the storage building and even on equipment. Unfortunately recommending this facility is out of the question at this time.
