i have been a customer of u-haul for two decades and in my opinion, Jim should not be permitted to manage a stack of sticks. He is rude and disrespectful. When i moved my belongings into the unit i was a domestic violence survivor. The unit was the only option i had at the time. A case worker from the domestic violence shelter was kind enough to put the unit in his name because i did not have identification. The very next day the same case manager and i went and got my identification. We came back to the office and contracted the unit in my name. Six months later i get a call from this case manager saying that he got a letter in the mail about MY unit being delinquent for one month. His wife had many questions and this caused a huge issue in his home. They had no right to call his phone either as the unit was not affiliated with him at all we completely took his name off of the unit. He was not made a contact either i had other contacts on file. i called JIM and all he could say was,”you-should’ve paid the rent and the case manager would have never been involved” totally unacceptable! CHRIS is also very nasty the only person who was helpful and courteous was someone name SHALINA I think her name was
