I can't think of anything. Smooth process and associates were friendly and polite.
They charged my dad $10 just because the gas tank was 7/8 away from full. It seemed like such an insignificant charge when the tank was completely full after it was filled at the gas station right down the street. I will not be using this Uhaul location again in the future.
is all good
The only problem is I didn't want blankets and didn't use them or the dolly but was charged for them I feel I should get the $17 back it automatically puts it on I never clicked for them
Keep up with the excellent work.
Surprisingly easy and hassle free even though uhaul is far and away the cheapest rental truck on the market. Pretty impressed with it to be honest. Picking up I was out in about 10 minutes and dropping off I was done in about 30 seconds.
both pick up and drop off were smooth and went well.
This location is clean, organized, well equipped with supplies, equipment , and has service bays and employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Better contact when pickup location changes. Did not get info that truck wouldn't be available at dalton due to breakdown but had to go to Scranton for truck. Other wise had no problems with uhaul experience.
Nothing Excellent Staff Very Helpful Kind And Caring.
The online checkin/rental process was complicated and took a long time. It took almost an hour and it still wasn't completed. Jim, the manager at this location, was excellent and very helpful when the online verification process wasn't working.
This location was more organized than the Kingston store.
Nice people great service made my moving experience so much easier thank you
Notifications on when your sales people change locations. I was told olyphant pa and ended up adding about 2 hours plus to my pick up time. Because they moved it to scranton pa. I wasted time with going to a location that was not correct. She did assist me in finding where they changed it.
Try to Keep it more professional. As I walked in, the one employee was telling the other "If someone walked in HERE with a Pence T shirt, I'd definitely give them crap about it"!
Everyone was great. Very helpful...good sense of humor. Process was easy. Everyone was professional. An overall great experience from beginning to end.
My booking location was supposed to be in Kingston, PA and apparently a text message(?) was sent to notify me that the pick up location was changed to Scranton which I didn't get. So we arrived in the wrong location at the wrong time... Had to go 22 miles on the morning of the move. Very unexpected and unfortunate since we were paying $600 to 4 guys to help us move. Fortunately what saved our experience was the professionalism of the GM of the Scranton location. Having all of this out of his control, he made things right by being flexible, giving us a discount on the rates, and making sure the correct equipment was available. This was our only bad experience ever with UHAUL and all of it had to do with the computerized booking system.
I was involved in an accident where the uhaul van went off the road. This whole move has been the hardest situation I've ever dealt with. Upon returning the van I was met with quite a bit of animosity about the “accidentâ€. The owner was on the phone telling me how much I messed up and how I should have to pay for all of the rentals I was not allowing. I get it it, I made a mistake while driving but isn't my health and well being more of a priority.
People are all super nice. A very pleasurable experience.
Only problem is cost. Things are tough and there is a strangle hold on people. NOthhtis locations fault, very good group of guys, but generally cost are outrageous
All of the staff were friendly and practicing safe distancing procedures during these days of corona virus concerns.
Vehicle smelled like (strong) cat urine. This smell was so strong even with the window down didn't help. This smell made me sick to my stomach. Also the windshield wipers barely cleaned the windshield when it rained.
