Harry W | Overall ExperienceI was given a free month of storage by the U haul at 6249 Seminole Blvd in 33762 zip I called them 1 week before my last date for free storage and confirmed my last day which was Sunday 4/6/25 I rented a truck from their other location North of them on Seminole Blvd and moved everything out and left the storage unit clean and vacant . I even spoke with the co- owner of this U haul Store and told her I was out of the storage in Sunday 4/6/25 . They attempted to charge my Capital One Card 2x and when I used my Apple Card from GoldmanSachs they then charged that card $161.11. This is slimy and unethical and cost me time and money to get it resolved with GS . I also contacted UHaul on Monday 4/7/25 to reiterate that I had moved out on 4/6/25 my last day of my free storage. I will never use U- Haul again and would not recommend the U- Haul Stores on Seminole Blvd in Seminole FL . They are not Honest business owners

Wendall W | First ImpressionsI rented unit 625 a 10X25 storage unit. I used the unit and allowed for payment from my credit card. When I was done with the storage unit on Jan 10th, I moved all of my stuff out and cleaned the unit. I contact U-haul on Jan 11th and returned the unit to them. On Jan 12th, u-haul charged me for the unit and re-rented it to someone else during this period. I met with the site manager Mimi bijelac 53036_GM@UHaul.com (727) 393-3569 and explained the situation. I was promised multiple times that my refund would be provided. I was asked to return the lock. I did this. On Feb 10th, I was told my refund was on the way. As of today March 12th, I still do not have this refund. I think is a bad way to do business and I have been patient. I hope someone from U-haul can get involved and provide my refund. There is significant record of my phone conversations and I have met with Mimi in person at the site.
