cheryl m | Overall ExperienceWent to line.. staff said to close account you need to take a photo to show its empty and bring lock and key. After moving out, took photo and went to front counter to ask for card to get back in to set items we didnt want in the recycle area. Lady was nice then rude. I came with my son and the card she made him did not work. She then questioned him like it wasnt his unit when he was just trying to leave items in the place SHE recommended. We then went back in to close account. She was no where to benseen for 10 minutes. I had to gonget her from outside. We just wanted to close the account. Great experience until today. Rude ladies will lose business. Racially profiling when moms not around is unacceptable.
