I have received services from Uhaul overtime and every time I do receive a unit for my storage or personal belongings they are very informative into helping the costumer for in specific reason for the unit as provided for what size and what number and how much of an estimated pay will be it also helps to include an insurance added along to the bill because of future theft, weather damage, flooding who knows which else. But when it comes to belongings outside make sure to have someone help you carry your stuff inside because costumers or random strangers will steal your belongings on the outside from not inside the faucet on W 11th St in Sioux Falls, SD

Timothy K | Overall ExperienceFirst, i wanted to upgrade from a unit that was too small, but i got charged for one month for two units and only used one unit and never got a refund. Second, i applied for a move out on Aug 23rd and took them almost 2 weeks to approve it and they tried to charge me for September rent. When i didn't pay they added a late charge. I knew i didn't owe them anything so i didn't pay. They finally approved the move out. When you do move out save your emails and get clear pics!!!
