How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis was the second time of this year I had a storage unit here at the location on the other end of Sioux Falls. This year near December of 2026 I had my property stolen of course I did catch the costumer on camera who was doing the theft due to the theft when me and eric watched the incident. Eric showed a reason on concern but at the time during the process he was very busy during this time of year so even though there was generosity there really wasn't. Despite Brady Oyen being kind generous enough as he is to being in communication for most of the matter it was helping to soothe away a lot of the trouble. However I had a rent free storage capacity for the first month because I canceled since communications between management should never be as difficult when it's ignored in order to make up for stolen property due to the reason I understood I couldn't without anyone mentioning anything. The staff has made its changes due to either differences or employee changes but doing away when letting other customers do theft while they have arrest warrants it's far beyond the reason towards it. Other than that I have used Uhaul off and on through out my time but it just keep seeming to be a hassle so I'll need to continue keeping my money and utilizing it else where to keep my belongings elsewhere.

Heather A | First ImpressionsCould never get a hold of anyone in the storage office. When I finally did by phone once I hung up after being on hold for 30 minutes. Tried to reach them in the office there via email and my emails were ignored so for almost 2 months of my storage being empty and me telling U-Haul because I couldn’t get a hold of anyone in the office, they kept sending me emails threatening more charges and to auction off my belongings which again IT WAS EMPTY FOR MONTHS. DO NOT go to this storage. The bathroom is always a mess with overflowing garbage cans and trash on the floor. Odd belongings and trash in the halls. Would never go there if it was the last storage on the planet!!!

The 10x5 we couldn't use because it has a lock on it, called and the person helping me said they will check on the issue, but he never got back to me. I managed to get everything in the 10x10 but I have more stuff coming within a couple of weeks
