The storage unit was clean and well maintained. The instructions received were helpful. The waiting time until somebody from the staff was available to assist was very long (approx. half an hour).

The storage facility was good, well lit, clean and generally well maintained. The door to our unit had been damaged by others between our visits to the point we had to call the staff to help us get in. They responded, helped us get in but no repair was made. This persisted until our check out. The real reason for the 4-star rating is more to do with the interactions at the local office. There are always long lines and most interactions seem to require waiting 45-60 minutes prior to being helped (particularly on Saturdays). There was an issue where the security system was down, we could not access our unit during that time, but there was no communication as to the fact that it was down or how long it would be down for. Thankfully, we were able to delay our access to the unit, but made two trips there during the unknown duration. The manager did not respond to our messages for 3 days and the online simply chastised us for not contacting the local store - which we had already done unsuccessfully. The initial rental started with an online reservation for the unit we wanted - when we got to the store, we were informed that the size we wanted/reserved was not available so we had to select a different size. All-in-all we would rent again, but will do so knowing there will be frustrations along the way.
