Natasha P | Overall ExperienceI am beyond disappointed with this U-Haul storage facility. When I opened my storage unit to move my belongings out, I discovered roaches crawling inside my binders, on top of furniture, and inside boxes. I have never experienced anything like this. Because of the infestation, I had to stop loading my items and purchase roach bombs and sprays just to avoid bringing pests into my brand-new home. I paid monthly fees expecting my belongings to be stored safely and securely — not infested with roaches. This is unacceptable and a complete health and sanitation issue. No storage facility should allow units to get to this condition. Based on what I experienced, this location needs to be inspected and shut down until they address their pest problem and properly sanitize their property. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. Do not store your items here.

Despite the fact that the place was very well maintained by the staff , the fact still remains , that this U-Haul location is need of some serious cosmetic , structural and security updates which should be provided by the U-Haul corporation ! I am suprised U-Haul has not only put their employees in danger but the clientele as well it was rather disappointing to see a company that prides itself on being such a great trucking company cannot provide a more secure modern structurally sound establishment that takes care of their workers and their customers as a whole ! I give this U-Haul location staff a 10 but not so much the building and its security for all !
