Despite the fact that the place was very well maintained by the staff , the fact still remains , that this U-Haul location is need of some serious cosmetic , structural and security updates which should be provided by the U-Haul corporation ! I am suprised U-Haul has not only put their employees in danger but the clientele as well it was rather disappointing to see a company that prides itself on being such a great trucking company cannot provide a more secure modern structurally sound establishment that takes care of their workers and their customers as a whole ! I give this U-Haul location staff a 10 but not so much the building and its security for all !

CUREL G | Overall ExperienceMy issue was the moving out portion. I was wrongfully told that I had to go through a whole process and was charged for April's rent. The older gentleman and younger gentleman were lazy and unhelpful. Thanks to the young lady who (name started with a "J") super helpful.
Deveon L | Overall ExperienceThe staff were friendly, but the actual unit I rented was dank, dark with an odd smell. There was no light, and a rat trap in the corner (which the rep removed upon request), and the floor had oil stains that I wondered might rub onto my storage items. I was thrilled with the location, the interaction with staff, the security, and the price... but the dingy unit made the entire experience negative. I was very dissapointed, and probably wont stay in the unit long.
