When I opened my storage unit to move my belongings out, I discovered roaches crawling inside my binders, on top of furniture, and inside boxes. I have never experienced anything like this. Because of the infestation, I had to stop loading my items and purchase roach bombs and sprays just to avoid bringing pests into my brand-new home. I paid monthly fees expecting my belongings to be stored safely and securely — not infested with roaches. This is unacceptable and a complete health and sanitation issue. No storage facility should allow units to get to this condition. Based on what I experienced, this location needs to be inspected and shut down until they address their pest problem and properly sanitize their property. Save yourself the stress, time, and money. Do not store your items here.
