Customer service was awful. Workers behind the counter had, literally, no clue what they were doing. Had to switch my unit 3 times. Once because the lady behind the counter "totally forgot" to go check to make sure my unit wasnt being used. One worker, whoever the old blonde worker was, refused to check my truck in after I was finished. She was super rude and condescending, had me walk all the way up to the counter just to laugh at me and make me go find another worker. Will not be using this location again. Made my reservation online, wasnt in the computer when I got there. Was constantly told to call the 1800 number even when im showing the receipt only to be met with an eye roll. Truck wasnt ready. Had to walk back in because the truck was blocked in, only for them to just change the truck number. Didn't give me new paper work. This place is a literal joke.

I never got to use my storage unit because when I rented the truck the manager of the uhaul place in Whitney told me I couldn't get the storage facility the day I rented the truck. She told me that I had to pay the first months bill first even though it was suppose to come with the truck free for the first month. She argued me down and refused to give me the unit so I left not getting it until the next afternoon then I get an email from uhaul that told me I had a unit. By then it's to late. The day I rented the truck I had to make other arrangements to place my stuff somewhere else which cost me more money and I had to keep the truck 2 extra days cause I had no where to put my stuff til then. I got scammed my uhaul and now have a bill of $400 that I have to pay which was not my fat at all. Uhaul and uhaul storage suck and I will never use them again and I will share my story to tell everybody my experience with y'all. It was awful y'all lie to y'all's customers and ain't worth a crap.

I had trash in front of my door for almost a week with live roaches running out of it. It looked like there was a homeless person living in the facility overnight.
