FARAH B | First ImpressionsThe lighting was adequate but turned off and left me in the dark after 10 minutes, I had to keep walking down the stairs to turn it back on. I have a disability in my knees and legs so it was disconcerting to say the least. Luckily it was a small storage.

The two staff on duty spent almost an hour trying to help me to open the door, and it was hot. They offered to let me stay after closing time in order to empty the van, the lady also helped me to moving the last of my stuff too, really above and beyond kindness.

It was very difficult going down the stairs when the lights are on a timer and you are carrying things and the lights suddenly turn off and your hands are full so you’re unable to carry a flashlight- not safe and proposes a risk. The manager and the black gentleman who is an employee went above and beyond to help me.
