Manty T | Overall ExperienceThe location is not well taken care of. The gutter right above the lock side of my unit was broken/bent. The day I had movers put all my furniture in the unit it was raining and just gushing water out of the broken part of the gutter and soaked anything that was on that side of the unit up front. There was literally standing water about 3 feet into the unit on the right side after the rain. I had to sweep the standing water out and put my furniture up on blocks to avoid water damage. The inner walls were flimsy at best. It is not a clean area. The roll up door would not stay up and open on its own. This whole location is a terrible and definitely not worth the $209 a month rental fee. Other storage units in town for the same size are cleaner, more secure, and about $60 cheaper. I would avoid this location in the future and will tell others to avoid it as well.
Ryan D | Overall ExperienceReally gross and unkempt. Usually the unhoused are camped around the property blocking car access to the units. Lots of trash and used as a dumpster in the roads. Definitely would not recommend.
