I lost my unit when trying to contact management at this location no one called me back after several calls.. They sold my unit for $200 bucks and want me to be responsible for over $2000.00 I definitely would not recommend them to anyone..

Rosa D | Overall ExperienceThe only reason I didn’t rate at Excellent is that the stairs to the second level, (where our storage unit was) were SO VERY STEEP, and it made it Very difficult to go to our unit and for moving things in and out of the unit! Otherwise, a good experience.
LISA T | Overall ExperienceI actually moved out 11/11/24 & was told by a gentleman everything was taken care of on my moving out. But on 11/18/24 I was charged a fee for my monthly storage. I called & spoke with a young woman - who said I would be issued a refund in 3 to 5 business days, other than this small mishap every thing was great.
Jennifer M | Overall ExperienceThe storage facility has a large rodent trap in my unit, which doesn't make me feel very confident that my items will be safe. Also, the initial email I received indicated there would be a lock for my use for storage but there was not. Also, the only cart available is a mattress cart which makes transporting items difficult.
