The young lady at the service desk I got her name, but couldn’t remember it. It was a little difficult to pronounce was very rude and everything that I had spoke to someone about prior to getting there she told me the total opposite my lock was cut and it should not have been. She kept telling me that the rules had changed and it was their policy, but there was no policy available to back up what she was saying.

Brighe p | First ImpressionsYou asked were the staff friendly,and most were,but as I was purchasing my unit,I was being serviced by a nice employee,I asked 1 question about why they needed my emergency contacts address,cause I was confused,just a simple question,I was very polite,and a staff member from the whole other end of the counter interrupted n said,very rude n loud,well if u don't like it,we don't have to rent to you,I said ma'am,I just asked a simple question,I found out that the reason they need the address,is to send coupons,if I hadn't needed the unit so bad,I would of left n got one somewhere else,but I'm it wasn't u haul,and I wanted to tell her,I am not renting off a here,I'm renting off a u haul n she needs to be nice,anyway,my number is 217 553 9129 feel free to contact me,IM SURE U WONT,but she was wrong n mean for that,but I'm it wasn't u haul,u have a beautiful business up there,I think she needs to be fired though,but other then that,I love the unit,thank you very much n GOD BLESS AMERICA AND OUR TROOPS
donald s | First Impressionsyou need to either block off the backside of the facility or put several speed bumps in because cars are using your parking lot like a road and literally going 50 miles an hour. It is very dangerous and it is private property and not a road. We almost got hit multiple times during our move out and it’s only getting worse.
