Max F | Overall ExperienceMy many phone calls looking for an available spot were received with friendliness and helpfulness. Move in day was easy; we had a very helpful young man show us how to use the keypad, find our unit, and make sure we had a lock with both keys. A+
Mairi K | First ImpressionsWe rented two units. One had zero problems but the other one had a huge problem with mice/rats. All of our furniture and boxes had mouse/rat poop on them. We had to dispose of a rug, several pillows, and a few boxes of odds and ends. Make sure you get insurance for your stored items (unfortunately we didn’t). When I told them about the mice they were very responsive. I would use this facility again.

Ginger B | First ImpressionsI was extremely happy with the ease of securing the rental. The price was pretty high in my opinion for a monthly fee. My experience with the staff wasn’t the best. When I would call in (which was only once or twice) I would be placed on hold without anyone coming back to the line. Lastly, I was ONE day late on my payment and received a threatening email that there was a lock on my unit and I wouldn’t have access to my things until it’s paid. I thought this was a bit extreme. However, the facility was clean & so was the unit. Thanks.
