When I arrived on my move-in date, the only available unit was a split level, non-climate controlled unit. To not have what I reserved available was incredibly frustrating. I specifically booked at this location to have a street level, climate controlled unit.

When I finally got someone on the intercom, he was helpful but I ended up setting off an alarm. Also, it smells horrible and some of the other renters said there were issues with mice. Lastly, it would be nice if there was an ability to choose which unit was assigned to me. I might have paid more for a better unit.
