I spent 2 hours sat in the parking lot waiting for someone to come let us in. The moving company changed me 360 .00 plus tax for the 2 hours sat there. It cost 1510.00 to move a 1 bedroom apartment. There should have been someone to let us in.

FIONA D | First ImpressionsOur only concern was that the part about using a code to enter and exit was not clear, as the gate was already open. We also did not know our code, however that may be my fault for not reading all the small print in emails (it has been a very hectic couple of weeks). We called U-Haul from our vehicle, and they walked us through the process, and gave us our code. They were very helpful.

When we asked about the light and power they did nothing about it so fir months our unit was dark, cold and full of condensation. Not good enough for a unit i was paying over 200 a month for and told it was heated and lit.

The fact that there is no elevator in the building was disappointing, especially since I had called and emailed asking that question but no one ever got back to me. No light in the unit is difficult trying to find things once they are moved in.

We had no problems driving in and out of the yard and through the security gate. Getting in was a breeze with the card, and so was leaving the facility. Overall I would highly recommend this facility to my friends and family.
