Had a very difficult time getting into it he storage unit. The storage unit map was not helpful at all as it did not have my storage unit number listed. The U-Haul store was close so I could not get any help from a worker. Called U-Haul support and all they could do was email the manager. Even till now I haven’t gotten a reply from the manager. I was able to find and enter my storage unit after an hour of trying to find and get in.
