Vanessa M | Overall ExperienceI had more than one person at the counter that needed more training. I had to make a few extra trips to finish closing out a storage container. I originally rented 2 units and had emptied 1 and had trouble finding someone to help make the adjustment. I waited to speak with someone who was more knowledgeable and they were able to take care of me . The storage facility was great i had rented a truck and it wasn't mechanically working well and cost me triple in the end that a competitor truck cost . I wouldn't recommend renting a truck at this point. It cost me over $1000 between gas and rental and I was getting ez pass bill violations weeks later . I rented a truck from a competitor that was able to drop off one way and only cost me $308 . The truck was a bit smaller but it was worth every bit of money.
