The only issue I experienced was when the check-in system was down and I had to call to have my unit unarmed. That was not the fault of staff. But the staff responded promptly.

All I was offered was one month off my bill — which doesn’t come close to making up for the stress and loss. They told me there would be an “investigation,” but I never received any updates, no follow-through, and absolutely no real communication. It felt like they just wanted to check a box and move on, leaving me completely in the dark. After being a loyal customer for years, this level of indifference is honestly unbelievable. I’m extremely disappointed and extremely angry with how this situation was handled.
