The manager on site and all of the staff were very professional. U-haul’s system was completely down from 8ish to 9:30ish and they were still very courteous and patient with all of the customers.

I had a storage with another company but it didn’t work out so when I returned the van I rented I still had boxed items that were large and heavy that I needed to be out in storage. I had no idea that a conversation would lead to just the blessing I needed. The manager was very sympathetic to my situation. He made it possible for me to store my items and get the assistance needed to do so! I can’t even express my gratitude! I’m so very grateful for his kindness, I wish I knew his name. Everyone was really great to me but the manager was the one who really went above and beyond and I appreciate him and everyone there.

Another employee comes into office, I asked her for the gate code, she snaps, do you have a storage here. Why else am I there? She rudely left out to help another customer. The other employee briefly assisted me while she waited on other customers. She was amazing. No need to encourage my friends to do business, we all live in the great Bay Area.

This could have been disastrous for us both if it wasn't caught b/c I would have had access to their belongings & they would have had access to my credit card.
