Two weeks prior to my move I discussed with a lady at the location and advised of my plans to vacate my storage unit and told her the date. She indicated it was a day or two past when payment was due and would not charge me. I was then charged and I vacated the day I committed too. I would have vacated prior to the date had I known. I was ripped off and promise not kept. Seems every time I deal with Uhaul something like this happens. Fortunately the rest of the move went well.

I wish they explained how the code access pass worked a little better. explain that we have to go to one door for access to another door for checking in and out would have helped because it was confusing at first.
