My father had passed, and I could not bring myself to clean out his shed. I had tried to keep up his payments but got behind. I was informed the shed would be auctioned. Now I had to find someone to help me clean it out and quickly. Joshua negotiated a reduced payout and helped me access the unit. There was even a young man (I believe his name was Anthony) that helped us 'close our unit" so we would not have to go back down and stand in line. Thank you for making a difficult day better.

Brianna I. | First ImpressionsThe key in code never worked for me. Honestly, I’m not sure what the point is if it all it does is say you were there. It’s not climate controlled, it’s temperature controlled. And most of the time it was 100 degrees in there. I was told there wasn’t a military discount and the lady next to me as I’m closing out the unit gets one for her storage unit. Only thing that I liked about this experience is how friendly the staff was.
