TERICA P. | Overall ExperienceThe unit itself needs some TLC. The rope handle on the door gave me fiberglass splinters and the ceiling insulation was falling in a place or two, but it was convenient and cheap & I didn’t have any issues

The entry security card made you feel safe. I had an item that was not manageable to unload without the help of a handtruck device, and they loaned me one to unload that item. Everyone was so kind and helpful.
