They do not get back to you in a timely manner. When they have information they do not give it to you in a timely manner. They wait until 2 hours before closing to tell you something that they could have told you the day that they knew about it. I did not move my stuff out. They moved it out. Don't know where it is. What happened to it? They probably just threw it all away. I'm a cancer patient along with other medical issues. I'm still waiting from a response from last week. They know that I am by myself. When I asked to get help with moving my items did not hear back from them and I probably won't. I give this particular unit a negative 15. If for any reason my stuff might by chance still be there sure I would love to be able to get my stuff out of there. My stuff doesn't have anything of value other than the sentimental value to myself and my children.

Each time my storage was supposed to be my storage the storage was kicked out and looked as if it excited but I have the paperwork for it stating that I had a storage. The manager told me on July 7 I now had a new contract then she told me that it cancelled and she would take care of it because she doesnt know why it cancelled but that the system must have done it. My storage was broken into and all these problema have a rose from it. Now I’m being asked to start it all over Again. I’m not happy with Uhaul storages team.

But that’s not something the local staff can change. Originally I was frustrated that no one was ever in the office, but then I found out that admin was at a different site. I would have stayed with U-hula, but corporate just kept hiking the rates. I called around and found a comparable unit closer to my house for about $100 less per month (including insurance). Corporate should consider its tenants and reasonable pricing rather than focusing solely on squeezing with disproportionate rates.
