It started off great. We got a bit behind, left happened, Paul was able to offer a settlement to get all of my stuff out which I’m super grateful for. What gets me is the complete lack of customer service. It starts from the top right? Paul is less than friendly but I will say, he gets his job done. This is the exact modeling everyone else on the team. If you’re padding someone’s wallet, they should at least acknowledge you with a smile and a nod. It goes along way. I will be placing my storage in a more mom and pop type storage. Maybe a risk but the make me feel more secure.
