There were uhaul trucks parked along the the entire row that I needed to access my unit which made for very tight turns and narrow space to drive and unload. Also I had 2 vehicles enter into the storage unit area and I was told each vehicle must enter code to come in. We did that and I was signed in when the 1st vehicle came in and signed out when the 2nd came in. So when I entered code to access building to my unit it said I was signed out and had to go walk over to the entry and enter my code again!?! It would make sense to me to sign in at the entry point and sign out at exit point instead of the way its set up so people with 2 vehicle entering don't get signed in and then out when 2nd vehicle enters.

My interactions with office staff were always pleasant and renting trucks was simple and straightforward. I recently closed out my storage unit and it was a hassle free experience. Out of the several locations I've had interactions with this is the U-Haul location I highly recommend.

Even though i didn't like the raise of rent throughout the years and the change in time to access my storage. I do appreciate the service and accommodation I was given at the end of my storage stay. That really was helpful as the economy has changed. I was satisfied though I will mention it's important to have good communication and read the notes on customer files because I did have my lock broken when it shouldn't have been. It was replaced, but that shouldn't have never happened. Thank you and happy.

The manager is a scumbag and used his authority to throw me out of my 2 units then locked me out so I couldn't get the rest of my things.
