MICHAEL T | Overall ExperienceThe staff at the Tilton uhaul storage facility went above and beyond and we're very patient with my continuous f forgetting to pay my bill on time—Even going so far as to call me to let me know that it was about to be late and they were trying to help me avoid a late fee. This went on for every payment that I had with them after I canceled auto pay, because I am constantly forgetting to pay iton time. Thank you so much guys!!!

Jane C | First ImpressionsThe staff person was very helpful, once I reached her. We did have to wait approx. 25 minutes in the office before anyone came in to help us. My unit door is very difficult to open, which is a problem. Also, I am not able to lock the unit, since the slider doesn’t move to where it should be to place a lock on the unit.
