Ramona is awesome. I probably spoke to her a half a dozen times over the year and a half that I was working with this uhaul location. She is excellent very very friendly and fun. The rest of the staff has been pleasant.

Richard S | First ImpressionsThe door to my storage unit did not fit the tracks, opening and closing the door was a hassle and got stuck every time. The door was partially open and exposed at the bottom. If my items were already not in storage when I realized that I would have asked for a different unit. But the time I realized that the office was closed and I needed to move my items. I was stuck with the unit. I did let them know but there was nothing they could do at that point.

I also accepted the free month of storage and not only was the manager of the place rude..he locked up our unit for non payment after two days. Thought I got a free month? Now my move is delayed yet another day.. I have no access to my belongings till the morning... Now I have to pay for another night at the hotel and extend the truck.. again. What a joke.
