When I told Lori about the issues which I have with walking---my foot requires surgery---she then drove me to the storage unit which I rented. Very courteous and thoughtful of her. I might suggest that U-Haul provide a golf-cart on the property, for ancianos like myself. All in all, I am very happy that I chose U-Haul!
