I have to say Rachel made my move in seamless. She was super helpful and didn't rush me with all my questions. Amazing customer service. The used boxes came in handy too. I was hoped by Rachel at the Ina and Old Father location there she did an amazing job even helped on with my bill cuz I didn't use it The truck just sat there cuz I couldn't find a house so they help me out pretty good I think she did a wonderful job and then she deserves a raise a good size one she's somebody that you don't want to lose

I have moved on but wanted to express my great appreciation. Just a note. The cost of the unit was $187 per month and I had to move on to a spot a where I can keep both my camper and storage and not have it break me. Another niggling thing was the dramatic increase in trailer rentals after Halloween. Due to snowbirds I was told. That’s pretty opportunistic and mercenary to Seniors on fixed incomes. But that’s business. With that said very happy over all.
