The first representative I had she didn’t verify my email address and also some kind way after I paid my unit was cancelled out ,she didn’t even tell me about the special of renting a Uhaul you get a free month free for storage use luckily when I came in the second time a gentleman help me explained everything and help me retrieve the unit I rented back .

The customer service in store was horrible and we weren't able to access the facility on the first day and had to wait until the next day to be provided with the card to access the gate. We were not provided that upon the initial arrival. It was not a good experience at all.
