Representative that checked us in was amazing. Very patient, customer service was excellent. Only concern I have is that when we were moving into our unit there were no parking spots. Cars that were parked towards the side exit doors were there the whole time. We first got to the location around 1130am and was moving back and forth till 5pm ish and the same 3 cars did not budge. So parking for storage can be a struggle.
