So I had to drive back to my house with the truck to be able to speak with someone in the morning. The guy was cool but I want to know I got a discount or some money returned to my account. And not to say it was in the negatives degrees and very cold.
Edward D | Online Move InMy initial response was fine. The problem came at the end. I remove all my things 12/11 (the day before my monthly payment was due). I had to call customer service 3 times and received a delinquency notice. It took an additional 7 days for U-Haul to close my account out. That was not acceptable

Jadyn W | Overall ExperienceU-haul allowed a rat infestation to happen the storage unit that I rented. I rented the unit for more than eight years. I have no renters insurance. When I tried to see compensation from U-Haul for my loss. U-Haul placed a ring on the instated storage unit and so those contaminated items. The storage unit was filled with furniture, all kinds of furniture. U-Haul sold my things which we painted for a very small amount of money. I’m not sure nor can I trust U-Haul at their word for the amount of money that my items was sold for $190 to be exact. The items in the storage unit were worth $10-$12,000. And now U-Haul says that I owe them for three months. Never do business with you all they Rob, steal and cheat the loyal customer. I will never recommend that anyone business They treat their customers poorly, and U-Haul steals from their customers. The customer service was terrible as well. The on-site manager had no idea as to what they were doing. And at some point, I spoke to a corporate manager who couldn’t help me in anyway. Never. Do business with you.
