Anita S | Overall ExperienceWhile I was given access to the storage unit until 10pm the dock doors are locked at 7pm - after 7pm you have to use the side door which is the same size as a door in my house and as a result I had to load everything onto the cart (which are very squeaky) and when I got to the door I had to hand-carry everything from the cart to the dock and then place it back on the cart and wheel it to my truck - not convenient! Why not just leave the dock doors unlocked until 10pm?? I also have a unit at the post road location and that experience has been much better - I have access to my unit through sliding doors so that I don't have to hand-carry anything and their equipment is much newer.
