Such an easy process actually enjoyable
DINO C | First ImpressionsWe’ve had your storage for seven years or so and everything was great but the last year or so has been terrible. Everything in our unit got moldy and we had to throw almost everything away. That is why we decided to not use your facility anymore.. it’s very upsetting because we made sure we had a climate controlled unit. I don’t know if neighboring units brought stuff in that could be moldy and it jumped to ours, but I can definitely tell you it’s not from us.. so you might want to get that problem taken care of before you decide to charge the next tenant $300 a month.

And the wait for assistance if the employee has a customer before you, is ridiculous. Then comes your turn and the wait is another hour hour waiting for them to figure out the computer.
