Conflicting information given every time we had to return dropped calls and deal with a new rep. United Shipping failed to show up for scheduled move, failed to return calls, failed to return text messages. Late into evening of scheduled move, United Shipping sent text stating he didn't show up for scheduled move because he couldn't get up tbe morning of the move. Never informed that movers did not include a truck until AFTER the scheduled move. Please return the $6 you are withholding on our credit card. SHAMEFUL. We have been loyal customers for DECADES.
