My storage unit had items stolen from it. People live in the storage units at that location. I had items broken and thrown around inside the unit. Obviously someone knows how to pick a lock. I don't know if the cameras work but, I do know people live in the storage units because I have seen them there. Someone is stealing.

I do understand the policy but reaching out to me would have been very appreciated as it did cause a huge inconvenience in my day and moving process. However, the employee that was working on the university Ave location on Monday April 27 was very friendly and was able to help us with our issue. Overall satisfied with my storage service

KOKOU M | Overall ExperienceReally hard to get a hold of a service person after 5pm. In winter a padlock got frozen and we could not access the unit. Lots of transfers on the phone. The staff at the University Avenue location were very helpful. No staff at the Mitchell Address.
