I had an issue locating the storage facility and the staff I talked to did not help. I did get the information I needed from another location. I suggest to replace the roofing as I did see water damage inside the unit and in the hallway. My items didn't get wet while I had them stored there.

I want to personally take the time to acknowledge the u-haul team in Hinesville, Ga. Every single one of them made this process easier. Their manager Franklin was helpful, personable, and professional. Grey was amazing also. He was patient with everything he helped with. If Franklin and Grey could be at every u-haul storage I had to go to every experience would be pleasantly perfect.
