My things got some damage from Rats not mice but Rats. It was so much rat poop in my storage when I came back my things were only in there for 27 days

DORIAN D | First ImpressionsI had the storage a little over 2 years and there was issues with the light fixture in my unit twice several times I went and was unable to see and it was after the office was closed so I couldn’t report the light issue I had to go at a time when they were there to have the problem fixed. I had an inside unit which claimed to be sprayed for pest and things and I had many items chewed into while being stored there. Was charged to use the dumpster which I didn’t understand because at other storage facilities it was offered to the customers. They charge to use the dumpster and the fee was based on item count I was told i couldn’t use the dumpster upon moving out because they didn’t want me to over fill it. Overall i was not satisfied with the service at this location and based off that I do not ever plan to use another UHAUL storage facility again and I most certainly will not recommend this location to anyone.

The management and her team are very professional at all times. This location is very well kept up, staff is sharp, get in get what you need and keep on moving!!!! Gonna miss you all, stay safe there, and continue to be Blessed at what you do there!!!!
