I moved in online since I was relocating from out of state .I had given the movers the info for the storage unit as soon as they got there they gave me a call saying they weren't able to enter inside unit in which I verified all the codes with them to ensure I had given them the correct info . I then called the facility and told them the movers were unable to get inside the rep verified all the info which was correct and also a payment was made beforehand..came to find out the unit which was given to me when I move in online was also given to a next customer which means it was not in my name . They had to reassign my unit which was a little inconvenient.. The rep who assisted me was very nice and cooperative but then she proceeded to tell her manager TJ Lowery what happen he just stood there no apology no nothing not even to introduce himself I just shook my head ..But overall everything ended fine and I was cooperative and the rep was vet customer service friendly.
