The manager is amazing but your company’s processes are a nightmare and the way you harrass costumers and their emergency contacts are abusive and will he reported to consumer affairs and attorney general. I secured a unit. I switched the unit in 5 minutes bc it was broken. I end up paying twice and they never switched it over to the new one. I get non stop calls to my Neigbor and I mail threats overage charges and I did not even have the unit 10 days!!!!! A complete botch up and my emergency contact will no longer be my contact. You compromised my privacy refusing to accept a po address for billing and instead send a 10000 notices to my physical Address where I have an order of protection to my husband who now opens the mail learns of my number which should not even be on the invoice!!!!!!! No privacy no regard I will get rid of this unit assp!!

He explained that yeah up to five days before they locked you out and when we had a blizzard, I was two days late and they locked me out because I couldn’t get inside the place or to the place and then they charge me a leaf fee, very unfair and unsatisfied Would not recommend U-Haul to anyone poor management
